Returns Policy We have a strict 7-day return policy. This means you have exactly 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Costs * Customer's Responsibility: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Our Responsibility: If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the costs or send a replacement. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.
Non-returnable Items * Final Sale: All sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Used Items: Opened sticker packs or stationery with any signs of use or broken seals are strictly not eligible for a refund.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
