Shipping policy

Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

  • Standard Shipping (Canada): 5-10 business days

     

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 7-15 business days

  • International Shipping: 10-25 business days (Delivery times may vary depending on the destination)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Methods We primarily use Canada Post for all deliveries.

  • Untracked Lettermail: To keep shipping costs low for our customers, small sticker orders may be sent via untracked lettermail. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the post office.

  • Tracked Shipping: Highly recommended for larger orders. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Studio Soo & Coo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages If you received your order damaged, please contact us at soolee.art2024@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and items. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
